Our platform enables businesses to communicate with their contacts via SMS/text messaging. By providing a phone number and opting in to receive messages, contacts consent to receive the following types of SMS communications:
Contacts opt in to receive SMS messages when they provide their phone number during business interactions, sign a service agreement, or explicitly request to receive text communications. Consent is obtained before any messages are sent.
Contacts may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will immediately cease sending SMS messages to that number. Contacts may also request removal by contacting us directly.
Message frequency varies based on business activity and communication needs. Messages are sent only when relevant to ongoing business relationships. Standard message and data rates may apply.
